3 Minute Assault Bike, Row or Ski
20 Alternating Bird Dogs
10 Hollow Rocks
5 Side Plank Star Jacks (Each Side)
Time to act like a baby!
You will spend this time crawling
Mix it up
Do whatever you want, just crawl!
