Fall Leaning Challenge – Day 8
Well you never can take each day for granted can you?
The fires that have started to burn show us that any moment drastic changes can happen, whether we want them to or not.
Our thoughts & prayers go to those who are being evacuated from their homes and forced to move. We wish them luck and a speedy return.
But it also brings up the topic of preparedness and planning!
Are you prepared on a daily basis to get the best out of your day?
A great way to start this process is to create a set of rules! What are your rules for each day to make sure you train, eat properly, drink enough water?
Now for some of us these rules need to be very detailed and very strict! This is a picture of Coach Nick’s Rules for this week (ya its a bit excessive)
For others it may be as simple as a few phone alarms.
But you won’t know what rules you need until you write them down.
Grab a pen and paper and set aside 10 minutes. Create a set of 5-10 daily rules for yourself. What in your life should be absolutely non-negotiable?
