Fall Leaning Challenge – Day 33 & 34

One more week to go! We finish the challenge this coming Friday…

Although nutrition is the premise of this challenge we tried as hard as we can to touch on all the other important factors such as lifestyle, water, recovery, etc.

We want everyone to look at life through the evolutionary lens but please don’t be dogmatic, these are just recommendations and not a template.  Every single one of you are different and need to tinker to figure out what works for you best!.  Always reserve the right to change your mind when presented with new information.

Ultimately, it is each of our own responsibilities to learn and practice what we do.

Here is a great video I cam across about how to improve your learning…  In fact he relate it back to Hunter & Gathers, so maybe superlearning is Paleo??? 😉

 

So why this for today’s post?

We want to remind you that training and lifestyle takes learning and retention… DON’T JUST WALK A PATH BLINDLY!

I am in the process of building my memory palace, makes sense to me and I see a big ROI if it works. I’ll keep you posted.
