  • Lucas Robinson

    Co-Founder

    Lucas Robinson has been CrossFitting for an impressive eight years. Lucas specializes in fixing bad movement patterns wherever he sees them: in powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, KB work, rowing, running, gymnastics and more.

    As Head of Coach Development, he loves molding new coaches into outstanding trainers that help their clients reach their fullest potential, including breaking through with difficult clients who seem to resist giving 100%. “I believe in my staff wholeheartedly and know that we are and have built something very special with Elevate Fitness,” he says.

  • Nick Scarabosio

    Co-Founder

    Nick Scarabosio has been CrossFitting for seven years and coaching since he was 15. He’s coached Pop Warner Football, Pee Wee Baseball, High School Volleyball, and now coaches daily for the amazing programs at Elevate Fitness & Performance.

    He is passionate about progress “whether it’s the simplest achievement of an athlete being able to touch their toes for the first time in years or their first pull up or a young kid getting his first hit,” he says. His favorite quote is “Take charge of your brain and body – exercise and read/learn/educate. There is nothing more dangerous that a healthy, well-educated man/woman that can critically think.” – Jim Wendler

  • Russ Kunin

    Trainer

    Russ Kunin specializes in personal training, CrossFit, TRX, weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, sport-specific training, strength and conditioning. His passion to help people pursue a healthier lifestyle in all aspects of health and fitness comes in part from his own greatest athletic achievement – losing 100 pounds.

    “I love what I get to do every day,” he says. “As much as it isn’t always fun to wake up at 5 a.m. every morning, as soon as I see my athletes, I remember why I do.”

  • Nic Schilperoort

    Trainer

    Nic Schilperoort believes that “being fit is fun,” he says. “I love what I do at the gym because of what it allows me to do outside of the gym.” What he does in the gym includes specializing in bodyweight and gymnastic movements as well as longer-endurance workouts.

    CrossFit changed Nic’s life, and he wanted to be able to share that with others. “The coaching I received and the passion Nick and Lucas had for CrossFit and fitness really made me want to be a part of it,” he says. “I love the idea that I can at least be a small part of making someone’s life better or easier.”

  • Mike Tarantino

    Trainer

    Mike Tarantino is a lifelong training enthusiast who specializes in mobility and proper movement patterns. When he’s coaching his members, he loves helping them reach their goals and seeing their potential.
